Survey and Promotion with Influencer Marketing Research – Terms and Conditions
Introduction
Pepper Studio Ltd. (the “Promoter”) is conducting this Promotion on behalf of Nottingham Trent University. The Promotion is run via social media channels belonging to Influencer Marketing Research, Pepper Studio Ltd., and selected social media influencers associated with Pepper Studio Ltd.
By entering the Promotion, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions, including all entry instructions.
Eligibility
Open to residents of England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland only.
Participants must be aged 18 years or over.
Participants must have a valid Instagram, Facebook, or X (formerly Twitter) account.
Employees of Nottingham Trent University, Pepper Studio Ltd., or any associated agencies, including their immediate families, are excluded from entry.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entry that breaches these Terms and Conditions.
Entry Process
Entry is free; no purchase is necessary.
Internet access and a valid social media account are required.
Participants must complete the survey and follow the entry instructions provided via social media posts and the survey page.
Entries must include accurate and complete contact details.
Only one entry per person is permitted (determined by name, address, email address, or IP address).
Bulk, automated, or third-party entries are not permitted and will be disqualified.
Promotion Period
The Promotion closes at 23:59 GMT on 13 February.
Entries submitted after this time will not be valid.
Prize Details
One winner will receive a £150 Prezzee digital gift voucher.
The winner will be selected at random from all valid survey completions using a random selection tool.
The winner will be notified by email within seven days of the closing date.
The prize will be delivered digitally within 28 days of successful verification of the winner’s details.
Claiming the Prize
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their contact details are correct.
If the winner cannot be contacted within seven days, or if the prize is undeliverable, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
There is no cash alternative. The prize is non-transferable and may not be sold or exchanged.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
Personal Information
Personal data will be collected and used solely for the administration of this Promotion and associated research, in accordance with GDPR.

Liability
The Promoter and Nottingham Trent University accept no responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage suffered as a result of participation in the Promotion, except where caused by negligence.
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), or Prezzee. Participants release these platforms from any associated liability.
General Conditions
The Promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
Any abusive, offensive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in disqualification.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the Promotion due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
