Research Survey Promotion – Terms and Conditions
Introduction
Pepper Studio Ltd (the “Promoter”) is running this research survey promotion (the “Promotion”) in partnership with Tripadvisor and VisitBritain (together, the “Research Partners”) to collect insights on travel motivations, influencer preferences, and content engagement.The Promotion is hosted on www.influencermarketingresearch.com (the “Survey Site”) and promoted via paid advertisements on Facebook and Instagram (the “Survey Social Pages”).By completing the survey and entering the Promotion, each participant (“Participant”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including all relevant entry instructions.
Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories), France, and Australia who are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.The Promotion is not open to residents of the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, the Canadian province of Quebec, or any jurisdiction where registration, bonding, or local filing requirements would make the Promotion unlawful or commercially impractical.Participants must be sufficiently proficient in English to understand and complete the survey.Each Participant may submit only one entry (based on name, email address, and IP address). Multiple entries will be disqualified.Employees, contractors, and agents of the Promoter or the Research Partners, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to participate.The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any Participant who, in its reasonable opinion, breaches these Terms and Conditions or attempts to manipulate the Promotion.
How to Enter
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE A PARTICIPANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING.Entry is free.Participants must access the survey via the official advertisement link and complete the survey in full via the Survey Site before the closing date.The Promotion opens on 7th May 2026 and closes on 28th May 2026, or earlier if the respondent threshold (minimum 150 and maximum 250 qualified entries) is reached.Entries received after the closing date will not be valid.Only entries received through the Survey Site will be accepted. Incomplete, duplicated, automated, fraudulent, or tampered entries will be void.Proof of sending does not constitute proof of entry.
Prize and Winner Selection
Prize: One (1) Participant will win one £150 Amazon e-Gift Card (approximate retail value: £150 GBP or local currency equivalent).Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. For example, if 150 valid entries are received, each Participant has a 1 in 150 chance of winning.The winner will be selected at random using a verifiable random number generator (random.org). A video or electronic record of the draw process may be retained by the Promoter and made available upon reasonable request where legally permissible.The winner will be notified via the email address provided in their survey submission on or before 30th June.The winner must respond within seven (7) days of the notification email to confirm acceptance of the prize and provide any required delivery details.If the selected winner does not respond within this period, declines the prize, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a further random draw to select an alternative winner using the same process.The prize will be delivered electronically to the winner’s verified email address within fourteen (14) days of confirmation.The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative will be offered except where required by law.The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.A Participant may request the first name, surname initial, and country of residence of the winner by contacting hello@pepperagency.com within thirty (30) days of the winner confirmation date, except where prohibited by applicable privacy laws.
Australian Residents
For Australian residents, this Promotion is conducted as a trade promotion lottery.Where required by applicable Australian state or territory law, the Promoter will obtain any necessary permits or authorisations before conducting the Promotion.Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights or guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from applicable regulatory authorities.Any disputes concerning the conduct of the Promotion for Australian residents shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Australian consumer protection laws.
Taxes and Additional Costs
Any applicable taxes, duties, fees, or other charges associated with accepting or using the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.United States residents may be responsible for federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize.French residents may be subject to applicable tax obligations depending on their individual circumstances.As the prize is an electronic gift card delivered by email, there are no shipping, customs, or delivery costs associated with prize fulfilment.
Personal Data and Privacy
Personal information collected through the survey (including name, email address, IP address, and survey responses) will be used solely for:administration of this Promotion;analysis of aggregated and anonymised survey data for research purposes; andcontacting the winner.Data will be processed in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws, including the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and other applicable international privacy legislation.Participants acknowledge that personal data may be processed and stored in the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions where the Promoter or Research Partners operate.Where personal data is transferred internationally, the Promoter will implement appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable data protection laws.California residents and residents of certain other U.S. states may have additional privacy rights under applicable state privacy legislation, including rights relating to access, deletion, and data transparency.Participants’ data will only be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the Promotion and compile anonymised research findings, unless a longer retention period is required by law.Participants will be offered a clear and optional opportunity to opt in to receive future marketing or research communications from the Promoter or Research Partners. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its affiliates, agents, contractors, and the Research Partners shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, disappointment, or claim arising out of or in connection with participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize, except where caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.The Promoter is not responsible for lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or technically disrupted entries resulting from hardware, software, browser, network, server, or platform failures of any kind.Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Amazon. Participants fully release these platforms from any liability associated with the Promotion.
General
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend, or withdraw the Promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including fraud, technical failure, or regulatory requirements.The Promoter’s decisions regarding the administration of the Promotion and selection of the winner are final and binding, except where otherwise required by law.Any entries, comments, or conduct deemed offensive, discriminatory, unlawful, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate by the Promoter may result in disqualification.These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws in a Participant’s country of residence apply.Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any statutory rights or consumer protections that Participants may be entitled to under applicable local law.By entering, Participants acknowledge that the Promotion is administered by a company incorporated in the United Kingdom.
