    1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION

    The New Scientist Influencer Marketing Research Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 10:00:00 A.M. EST on April 15, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. EST on May 12, 2025 (the "Promotion Period"). The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Pepper Studio Ltd (“Sponsor”) and promoted in collaboration with New Scientist. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

    2. ELIGIBILITY

    The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited or restricted by law.

    Employees, officers, and directors of Pepper Studio Ltd, New Scientist, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household of such employees are not eligible to participate.

    3. PRIZES

    One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

    • One (1) Amazon.com Gift Card valued at $200 USD (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”: $200)

    • One (1) 12-month digital subscription to New Scientist (ARV: $302)

    Total ARV of prize package: $502 USD

    All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable.

    Taxes: Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with their prize. A 1099 IRS tax form will be issued to any winner who receives prizes valued at $600 or more in a calendar year.

    4. HOW TO ENTER

    To enter, eligible participants must:

    1. Visit www.influencermarketingresearch.co.uk during the Promotion Period,

    2. Complete the New Scientist survey in full, and

    3. Provide a valid email address at the end of the survey to confirm entry.

    Limit: One (1) entry per person and per household during the entire Promotion Period. Duplicate entries or attempts to enter using multiple identities, email addresses, or automated systems will result in disqualification.

    5. WINNER SELECTION

    The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place within 7 business days of the end of the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

    6. WINNER NOTIFICATION

    The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided during entry within 5-7 business days of the drawing. The selected winner must confirm acceptance by responding via email within 72 hours of the initial notification.

    If a winner fails to respond within this time frame, or if the email is returned as undeliverable, that winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected.

    7. PRIVACY

    By entering, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with Pepper Studio Ltd's Privacy Policy (available at https://pepperagency.com/privacy). Your data will be used solely for administration of the Sweepstakes unless you have opted in to receive additional communications. No personal data will be shared with New Scientist unless you opt in.

    8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    Sponsor is not responsible for:

    • Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries

    • Technical failures of any kind

    • Unauthorized intervention or tampering

    • Any errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or prize announcement

    By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, New Scientist, their affiliates, and each of their respective officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt/use of the prize.

    If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend it, and to award the prize from among eligible entries received prior to any such change.
